Cyrielle Raingou's documentary debut follows three children in a Cameroonian refugee town, including two brothers previously abducted and used as child soldiers, observing their daily lives in the long shadow of Boko Haram, and won the Tiger Award at Rotterdam 2023.
Fun fact: Raingou is herself Cameroonian and shot the film with an observational camera style, letting the children's routines speak without narration.
